Unarmed Security Guard- Monday-Friday (Full Time)

We are currently staffing several open shifts. This position works collaboratively with on-site team members. The assigned location and schedule are stable and ongoing.

Work Days & Hours:

Immediate hiring for the following shifts:

• Monday-Friday: 3:00PM – 11:30PM
• 40 Hours/Week
• Consistent and permanent shift

Responsibilities:

• Front Entrance Oversight: Supervise and control all access through the main entrance, the only authorized entry and exit point. Verify and document the arrival and departure of visitors, residents, staff, service providers, and vendors.
• Screening Procedures: Perform required searches of all individuals and personal belongings upon each entry into the facility. Maintain professionalism, consistency, and respect while ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
• Facility Patrol: Conduct routine interior and exterior patrols to deter unauthorized activity, identify potential risks, and document incidents as necessary.
• Safety & Operations Support: Monitor the environment to promote a secure and orderly facility. Identify and report hazards such as spills, unsafe conditions, or malfunctioning equipment. Conduct dormitory and perimeter checks and provide support to case management or clinical staff when needed.
