The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise and a proactive approach to maintaining financial accuracy and integrity.Responsibilities:• Perform detailed bank reconciliations to ensure accurate financial records.• Reconcile balance sheet accounts and resolve any discrepancies promptly.• Conduct price variance analyses to support financial decision-making.• Prepare and post journal entries to the general ledger with precision.• Manage sales tax and corporate tax return processes in compliance with regulations.• Analyze and reconcile financial statements to maintain accuracy and transparency.• Utilize Infor M3 and Opera systems to manage accounting processes effectively.• Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial operations and reporting.• Assist in internal audits to ensure adherence to financial policies and standards.
