Pay & Benefits
- $17.00 per hour base pay
- PLUS a GUARANTEED $1.50 per hour bonus for all hours worked over 30 hours per week
- Effective rate of $18.50/hr for hours above 30

Weekly Bonus Qualification
Caregivers qualify for the weekly bonus by:
- Working a minimum of 30+ hours per week
- Completing all scheduled shifts
- No call-offs or unexcused absences during the bonus week
Bonus is paid bi-weekly and reflected on your paycheck.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care and daily living activities
- Provide companionship and safety supervision
- Light housekeeping and laundry (no deep cleaning)
- Prepare light meals and assist with errands as needed
Qualifications
- Compassionate and dependable
- Prior caregiving or home health experience preferred (training available)
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to follow care plans and agency policies
