Responsibilities
Meet with prospective and existing clients to assess insurance and financial needs
Quote, present, and explain insurance policy options in a clear, consultative way
Follow up with leads via phone, text, email, and CRM systems to close new business
Build and maintain a pipeline through referrals, networking, and community outreach
Service existing policyholders, including policy updates, changes, and renewals
Track goals, sales activity, and performance metrics to drive consistent growth
Develop leadership skills by training, coaching, and supporting team members as the agency expands
Requirements
Ability to pass a background check
Willingness to obtain Property & Casualty (P&C) and Life & Health (L&H) insurance licenses
Strong desire to learn, grow, and be coached
Self-motivation and a competitive drive to succeed
Commitment to showing up consistently and doing the work required to win
