Senior Technical Recruiter

Managing the full recruitment lifecycle for enterprise technology positions, the part-time Senior Technical Recruiter will identify, attract, and hire highly skilled technical professionals across various disciplines while working remotely on a 12-month contract basis. Key Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from intake through offer acceptance Partner with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies and understand technical hiring needs Build proactive talent pipelines and engage passive technical talent using various sourcing tools Required Qualifications 5+ years of full-cycle corporate technical recruiting experience Experience recruiting enterprise technology professionals Strong understanding of software development, cloud computing, and cybersecurity Experience partnering with senior technical leaders Strong sourcing expertise and ability to manage multiple high-priority requisitions
