We are hiring an experienced Electrical Construction Project Manager to lead large commercial projects across healthcare, hospital, university, and institutional environments.
We are specifically looking for someone who has managed electrical construction projects while working directly for an electrical contractor. The right candidate understands how manpower, labor productivity, procurement, BIM coordination, cost control, and field execution affect project profitability.
You will take ownership of projects from preconstruction turnover through final closeout. Estimating, BIM/VDC, field leadership, and executive teams will provide support, but you will remain directly accountable for financial performance, schedule, field production, client communication, and overall project delivery.
Responsibilities
Manage commercial electrical projects from preconstruction turnover and mobilization through final completion
Develop project schedules, manpower plans, procurement strategies, and execution plans
Coordinate Foremen, electricians, vendors, subcontractors, general contractors, and internal support teams

Partner with estimating and BIM/VDC teams to confirm scope and resolve field coordination issues
Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication with clients, inspectors, general contractors, and leadership
Identify labor, material, schedule, and cost risks before they affect project performance
Maintain accountability for safety, quality, schedule, budget, and client satisfaction
