What You’ll Do:

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned requisitions from sourcing through offer acceptance
• Partner with HR and hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies and meet hiring goals
• Recruit talent across manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, sales, marketing, and other business functions
• Build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders while providing an exceptional recruiting experience
• Analyze recruiting metrics, prioritize multiple openings, and recommend process improvements
• Contribute ideas that enhance recruiting processes, collaboration, and overall talent acquisition effectiveness

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university
• Minimum of 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience at the regional or national level, preferably within both agency and corporate environments
• High-volume recruiting experience preferred
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities simultaneously
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with hiring managers and business leaders
• Ability to analyze recruiting data, present findings, and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Self-motivated professional with a proactive, customer-focused, and solutions-oriented approach
