About the Position

The Santa Cruz Warriors are looking for a Coordinator to provide administrative and project management support across all functions of Business Operations. In this role, you will handle day-to-day collaborative efforts across the organization, coordinate internal and external presentations/meetings/communications, and organize projects and events. This position reports to the President of the Santa Cruz Warriors.

This is a full-time position based onsite in Santa Cruz, CA.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary executive assistant to the Team President, managing a high-volume calendar, coordinating strategic travel logistics, and handling confidential communications to optimize daily business operations

Proactively manage assigned projects and initiatives ensuring timely progress/completion

Organize meetings including calendar notices, meeting agenda creation/distribution and meeting notes/next steps

Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration on key initiatives and special projects driven by the Team President to ensure organizational alignment

Plan and execute department-wide meetings, off-sites and community/volunteer events

Serve as the liaison between Santa Cruz and Golden State in areas tied to team member experience and internal events

Support all administrative duties in the office, including office supply inventory and restock

Submit expense reports in a timely manner

Support current and future department-wide initiatives

Attend and work all Santa Cruz Warriors home games and special events

Other duties as assigned

Required Experience and Skills

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

Minimum 2 years in a fast-paced environment, ideally within the sports and entertainment industry

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Ability to build positive working relationships with clients and colleagues at all levels within the organization; service-oriented with a growth mindset

High integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality

Excellent written and verbal communication, service and resolution skills; strong attention to detail

Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and efficiently lead and prioritize multiple projects at once in a fast-paced environment

Time Commitment

Ability to work select nights and weekends, as needed

Compensation

$31.00 - $33.00 Per Hour + Bonus
