We are currently hiring a Maintenance Technician who is dependable, motivated, and takes pride in delivering quality work. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, solving maintenance issues, and learning new skills while contributing to a team-oriented environment.

Position Details

Employment Type: Full-Time or Part-Time

Schedule: Monday through Friday

Starting Pay: From $20.00 per hour, based on experience, qualifications, and skill level

Key Responsibilities

As a Maintenance Technician, your duties may include:

  • Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and general upkeep of assigned facilities
  • Complete basic carpentry, painting, plumbing, lighting, masonry, and minor mechanical repairs as needed
  • Operate maintenance equipment and hand tools safely and effectively
  • Support preventive maintenance programs and respond to maintenance requests promptly
  • Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas before, during, and after completing tasks
  • Identify repair needs and report maintenance concerns to supervisors
  • Follow company procedures, safety standards, and established maintenance practices
  • Assist with special projects and additional assignments when needed

Administrative Duties

This position may also include:

  • Following company policies, workplace procedures, and property guidelines
  • Maintaining accurate maintenance records, work orders, and daily activity logs
  • Keeping tools, equipment, and storage areas organized and in good condition
  • Assisting with operational tasks and special projects as assigned

Qualifications

We welcome applicants who are:

  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Dependable, safety-conscious, and eager to learn
  • Comfortable performing physical work in a variety of environments
  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team

Previous maintenance or repair experience is beneficial but not required. We encourage individuals with a strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and commitment to quality workmanship to apply.
