About the Role

As a Mechanical Assembler, you’ll build industrial paint sprayers using mechanical components, power tools, hand tools, and computer‑based work instructions. You’ll work on a production line with a small team, perform both mechanical and basic electrical assembly tasks, and support labeling and packaging as needed. 🔧 What You’ll Do

  • Mechanical Assembly — Build industrial paint sprayers using hand and power tools.
  • Follow computer‑based work instructions and work orders to complete each step accurately.
  • Work on a team of 4–10 people to meet daily production goals.
  • Perform basic electrical and mechanical assembly tasks as required.
  • Assist with labeling and packaging of finished products.
  • Use tools safely and maintain them in good working condition.
  • Lift and move components up to 40 lbs throughout the shift.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Communicate effectively with trainers and teammates to clarify instructions and report issues.
  • Follow all safety procedures and participate in improvement initiatives.

  • 1+ year of manufacturing experience (mechanical assembly preferred)
  • Mechanical aptitude and confidence using hand/power tools
  • Ability to stand for the entire shift in a fast‑paced environment
  • Ability to lift 40 lbs regularly
  • Good computer skills for reading digital work instructions
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfort working on an assembly line and following standardized processes

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Rogers, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $22.00/hr.
