Job Coach, Healthcare, Caregiver

Orange County, CA | Monday–Friday | Paid Training | Mileage Reimbursement

Pay: $20.75 – $23.00 per hour (depending on experience)

What You’ll Do

As a Job Coach, you’ll work one‑on‑one with participants in real‑world job and community settings. No two days are the same—and every day matters.

• Support adults with disabilities at job sites and in the community
• Teach job skills, social skills, and daily independence strategies with hands‑on coaching and guidance
• Provide safe, short‑distance transportation using your personal vehicle to and from work sites
• Encourage independence, confidence, and growth through positive coaching and mentorship
• Document progress and communicate with the Clear Motivations team
• Be a professional, consistent, and uplifting role model in someone’s journey

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED (college coursework preferred)
• Reliable vehicle (bi‑annual inspection required)
• Ability to pass background check & drug test
• Reliable smartphone with GPS and texting

Schedule

• Hours between 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM
• Typical shift: 8:30 AM – 2:30 PM (flexible)
