Position Summary
Gelfand, Rennert Feldman is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team of dedicated professionals. The Administrative Assistant is responsible for a variety of administrative tasks to support the operations of the firm's office and assigned partners. This position is based in-office out of Encino, CA on a full-time basis.
Primary Responsibilities
Perform coverage of reception desk
Establish oneself as a trusted point of contact to employees and the overall business network
Receive incoming mail, packages, and checks, and process accordingly to the service plan for each client
Respond to requests to prepare outgoing mail and packages (FedEx, certified mail, messengers, etc.)
Make e-deposits, as well as print and mail checks
Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
Keep the general office area running smoothly by restocking office and kitchen supplies, as needed
Other projects and duties as assigned
Qualifications
1+ years of relative experience within a fully in-office environment
High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required
Associate's degree is preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams
Customer service-oriented mentality through active listening and problem-solving skills
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask
Comfortable working independently
This is a non-exempt, overtime eligible position. The annualized base pay range for this role is expected to be between $52,000 - $58,000 . Actual base pay could vary based on factors including but not limited to experience, subject matter expertise, geographic location where work will be performed, and the applicant's skill set. The base pay is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include an annual bonus and a comprehensive benefits package. Candidate information, including education and work experience, is verified upon an offer of employment. Falsification of application information may be grounds for denying employment.
