QCI, one of Iowa's largest IT consulting firms is hiring an IT Recruiter to help place top tech talent with some of the best companies in the state.

You'll work with our sales team and alongside software engineers, recruiting developers, engineers, analysts, and PMs for contract, contract-to-hire, and direct-hire roles. No cold, corporate HR vibe, this is fast-paced, relationship-driven recruiting where your hustle directly shows up in your paycheck.

What you'll do

• Own the full recruiting cycle from sourcing to offer acceptance
• Build real relationships with top technical talent across Iowa
• Source through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and your own network
• Screen, match, and present candidates to our sales team and clients
• Negotiate offers and deliver a candidate experience people remember
• Build a pipeline that keeps paying off long after the first placement

What you bring

• Recruiting experience (agency, staffing, or corporate) — IT recruiting is a bonus, not a requirement
• A drive to connect with people and close
• Self-motivation and comfort in a fast-moving environment
• Bonus points for LinkedIn Recruiter or ATS experience
