Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - School - (SLP - School)

Available Shifts: 7 D

Pay Rate: $2319.00 - $2390.00

This school-based Speech-Language Pathologist position is located in a vibrant and growing community in Maple Valley, Washington. In this role, you will work within a collaborative school district team dedicated to helping students thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. You will provide speech and language services to students across a range of grade levels, depending on building assignment, with opportunities to support diverse needs from articulation and fluency to receptive/expressive language and social communication skills.

Required Qualifications

Speech/Language Pathologist, School

Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology (SLP) or Related Field

Speech Therapist Clinical Fellows are Encouraged to Apply

State License is Required to Start the Assignment

Preferred Qualifications

Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech Language Hearing Association (ASHA)

Previous experience working in a School Setting, Early Childhood, or Pediatrics

Strong Knowledge of Speech and Language Development, Assessment tools, and therapeutic techniques.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of educators, parents, and community members.

Maintain accurate and confidential student records in compliance with federal and state regulations
