Position Overview
We are seeking a compassionate, innovative, and collaborative Pediatric Speech‑Language Pathologist (SLP/CCC‑SLP) to join our growing outpatient therapy clinic serving children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), speech and language delays, developmental disabilities, feeding disorders, and neurodevelopmental conditions.

Responsibilities
- Provide pediatric speech therapy evaluations and treatment.
- Support speech, language, communication, AAC, feeding, and social‑pragmatic development.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team including OTs, PTs, psychologists, educators, and behavioral health professionals.
- Build meaningful relationships with children and families.
- Create individualized, evidence‑based treatment plans focused on helping children thrive.
