Position Summary

Dynamic Store/Retail/Counter Manager responsible for leading, coaching, and developing a sales team to achieve sales, customer service, and operational targets. Accountable for creating and executing an agile business plan, recruiting and retaining customers, and delivering exceptional in‑store events.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of Sales Associates to meet sales and customer service targets.
• Develop and implement a business plan and set sales and service goals.
• Plan and execute in‑store events and customer relationship initiatives.
• Oversee inventory, facilities, and cash reconciliation.
• Maintain accurate retail point‑of‑sale records.
• Schedule and staff the store at all retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and special events.

Qualifications

• Proven retail management or assistant retail management experience, preferably within cosmetics.
• Experience in business planning, target setting, sales analysis, and staff scheduling.
• Strong leadership ability and track record of achieving sales and service targets.
• Hands‑on experience with retail operations, inventory control, and cash reconciliation.
• In‑store event planning and execution experience.
• Comfortable working all retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events.
• Proficiency with retail point‑of‑sale software and Microsoft Office.
• Proof of right to live and work in the country.

Pay Range

The anticipated hourly range for this position is $56,210.00 to $. Total compensation may include a highly competitive bonus program.
