Roles and Duties:

• Follow all safety policies and procedures to promote a safe work environment.
• Attendance in safety training seminars is crucial for mastering the techniques required for working efficiently in a busy warehouse environment.
• Organize, transfer, and distribute products to both stores and individuals.
• Ensure the exact management of merchandise for store distribution and customer drop-offs.
• Coordinate freight operations and improve inventory movement efficiency across the warehouse.
• Create a workspace that is orderly, tidy, and absent of clutter.
• Be punctual in showing up for work and make sure to accomplish tasks correctly and on time.
• Be proactive in resolving challenges to promote continuous operational advancements.
• Express a favorable and respectful approach when completing tasks on your own or within a team dynamic.

Requirements:

• Able to frequently lift and carry merchandise weighing 35-50 lbs.
• Able to occasionally lift and carry items up to 60 lbs.
• Physical aptitude for standing, moving, pushing, pulling, stooping, bending, and stretching during assigned periods.
• Exhibit a bright and skilled demeanor when involved in collaborative efforts or independent tasks.
• Elementary math competencies, which involve counting, addition, and subtraction.
• Proficiency in effectively reading and understanding labels, tickets, and other forms of product documentation with precision.
• Independently manage computer systems or handheld devices with minimal supervision once adequately trained.
• Demonstrating adeptness in spoken and written interactions.
• Ability to understand, speak, and interpret English proficiently to comply with safety instructions, policies, and guidelines.

Additional Requirements:

• Proficient in receiving instruction and utilizing powered machinery with safety measures in place (e.g., Pallet Rider, Scissor Lift, Sit-Down & Stand-Up Forklift).
• Competent in handling tasks at elevated levels reaching up to 40 feet as required.
• Skilled in working for extended periods in temperature-regulated settings, which may include refrigeration and freezing conditions.
