Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant to join our team. Responsibilities

  • Manage daily bookkeeping duties using QuickBooks, including invoicing, expense tracking, and bank reconciliations
  • Proccessing payroll and sales tax.
  • Handle front desk responsibilities such as greeting visitors, answering multi-line phone systems, and directing calls with professional phone etiquette
  • Maintain organized filing systems for both physical and digital documents, ensuring easy retrieval of records
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately into various productivity software and databases
  • Provide administrative support including calendar management, appointment scheduling, and proofreading documents for accuracy
  • Assist with office management duties such as ordering supplies, coordinating mailings, and maintaining office equipment
  • Deliver excellent customer service by supporting clients and team members through clear communication and prompt assistance

Experience

  • Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles with a strong background in data entry and customer support
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools
  • Experience using QuickBooks for bookkeeping or accounting tasks is highly preferred
  • Bilingual skills are a plus to effectively communicate with diverse clients and team members
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently while managing multiple responsibilities
  • Familiarity with office management practices, phone etiquette, filing systems, and calendar management tools. Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
