Key Responsibilities
Provide expert-level customer support to Dutch-speaking clients regarding Dyson's full range of consumer electronics products, including vacuum cleaners, air purifiers, hair care devices, and lighting solutions.
Handle incoming customer inquiries via telephone, email, and live chat in a professional, timely, and empathetic manner.
Accurately diagnose and troubleshoot product-related technical issues, guiding customers through step-by-step solutions with clarity and confidence.
Process customer requests related to warranties, product returns, replacements, and repairs in accordance with Dyson's policies and consumer electronics industry standards.
Maintain thorough and precise records of all customer interactions within the CRM system, ensuring data integrity and follow-up accuracy.
Proactively identify opportunities to educate customers on product features, usage tips, and maintenance best practices to enhance their overall experience with Dyson technology.
Collaborate with internal teams and escalate complex cases where necessary to ensure swift and satisfactory resolution for every customer.
Consistently meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) including customer satisfaction scores, response times, and first-contact resolution rates.
