Responsibilities

• The Senior Shift Lead Officer position helps maintain a safe and secure environment for clients by providing lead direction to Security Officers at assigned client site(s) on assigned shift(s).
• Observes and reports activities and incidents, ensuring the security and safety of client property and personnel.
• Preserves order and enforces regulations and directives for the site pertaining to personnel, visitors, and premises.
• Supports and provides Security Officers with clear guidance and leadership to maintain security and safety of the client site.
• Provides lead direction and guidance to Security Officers during assigned shift(s).

Qualifications

Preferred candidates have experience in the security industry and are seeking advancement to a supervising role. Even without prior experience, this position offers an introduction to a career in security.
