Caregiver Position

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide essential support to individuals in need of assistance. As a Caregiver, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for clients by offering direct support and care in their homes or community settings. This position requires a commitment to maintaining the dignity and independence of those you serve while ensuring their safety and well‑being.

Duties:

  • Provide direct support to clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, grooming, bathing assistance, light housekeeping, transportation and mobility assistance.
  • Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and preferences.
  • Monitor the health and well‑being of clients, reporting any changes in condition to appropriate healthcare professionals.
  • Administer medications as prescribed, ensuring adherence to medication schedules.
  • Offer companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive and engaging environment.
  • Assist with long‑term care needs for individuals with disabilities or chronic conditions.
  • Implement care plans that address the specific needs of clients, including those with dementia or cognitive impairments.
  • Adhere to HIPAA regulations to maintain client confidentiality and privacy during all interactions.

Experience:

  • Previous experience in caregiving or direct support roles is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Familiarity with meal preparation, patient monitoring, and medication administration is highly desirable.
  • Experience working with individuals with disabilities or those requiring long‑term care is a plus.
  • Knowledge of dementia care practices is beneficial for providing specialized support.
  • A compassionate attitude and strong interpersonal skills are essential for building trusting relationships with clients.

  • 10 hour shift

  • Rotating weekends
  • Weekends as needed

License/Certification:

  • Driver's License and Auto Insurance? (Required)

Shift availability:

  • Day Shift (Preferred)
  • Night Shift (Preferred)
  • Overnight Shift (Optional)
