Pay: $17.75/ hour and $5.09/H&W

Hours: 8:00AM - 5:00PM

About Us: T47 International is a leading company dedicated to delivering exceptional service to our clients. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our team as a Housekeeper for Dorm Services

Responsibilities:

• Perform daily cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Ensure all areas of the facility are clean and tidy, including the lobby, hallways, restrooms, and common areas.
• Clean and sanitize kitchen and dining areas, including appliances and floors.
• Maintain the cleanliness of carpets, including deep cleaning and shampooing.
• Manage floor care tasks, including mopping, sweeping, and polishing.
• Implement custodial duties, including trash disposal and recycling.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service skills to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Work effectively with housekeeping management to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
• Perform any additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in commercial cleaning or a related field.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Knowledge of cleaning products and equipment.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Ability to follow cleaning protocols and guidelines.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
