Job description

Job Title: Kitchen Ramen Cook

Yujo is a fast-casual restaurant serving Asian comfort food, specializing in authentic Japanese ramen and fresh brewed boba tea.

Direct Report: Yujo Management Team

Job Overview: Fast, efficient, menu execution with an emphasis on plating aesthetics while supporting ramen chef as needed in a very fast paced & exciting work environment

Job Responsibilities:

-Prepare and serve menu items daily from scratch, prep toppings, vegetables/proteins, side dishes, assist with tea prep as needed

-Willing to deep clean kitchen equipment (ex. grill/deep fryer)

-Have a positive work attitude, punctuality, understand the importance of teamwork.

-Receive/inspect quality of deliveries put away orders per serv-safe standards

Qualifications/Preferred Experience

-No experience or education required

-Culinary/hospitality training is desired / relatable certifications

-Basic knife skills

-Experience working with ramen or a genuine interest to learn the craft

-Able to lift 50 lbs.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary

Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour
