Morning Server

Responsibilities

• Interact verbally with guests to create a friendly, upbeat atmosphere.
• Present menus and take orders.
• Relay orders to the service bar and kitchen.
• Mix drinks according to hotel standards.
• Deliver food and drinks to guests.
• Observe guests and respond to additional requests.
• Serve as Breakfast Attendant as needed.
• Verify guest identification to ensure age compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma.
• Valid Food Safety Handler Certificate.
• Valid Liquor Permit.
• Ability to handle various personalities and situations.
• Strong decision‑making skills.
• Desire for perfection.
• Ability to read and understand instructions, correspondence, and memos.
• Availability to work weekends if needed.
