Role Description

Cache Produce is seeking a full-time Sales Assistant for our on-site location in Davis, CA. The Sales Assistant will manage customer relations, support the sales team with administrative tasks, assist with order processing, maintain accurate records, and ensure timely follow-up with clients. Additional responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams, managing inventory updates, and delivering exceptional customer service to foster positive relationships.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Skills and a proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships
• Proficiency in Customer Service and Communication, both written and verbal
• Excellent Organization Skills and attention to detail to manage schedules and records effectively
• Proficiency in working within a team and independently
• Proficient in QB's, WSW, Pivot tables, CRM tools
• Previous experience in agriculture, retail, or a related field
• 3-5 years experience apply
