My Home at Lakeview Apartments is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor / HVAC Technician for an immediate opening. We are looking for a dependable, skilled professional with strong HVAC and apartment maintenance experience to join our team.
Job Responsibilities
- Install new HVAC systems, air conditioners, condensers, air handlers, and related equipment
- Perform HVAC troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance
- Oversee daily maintenance operations and service requests
- Diagnose and repair plumbing, electrical, appliance, and general maintenance issues
- Coordinate apartment turns and make-ready activities
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
- Respond to emergency maintenance calls as needed
- Maintain maintenance inventory, tools, and equipment
- Supervise vendors and contractors when necessary
- Maintain the overall appearance and functionality of the property
Qualifications
- HVAC certification preferred
- Experience installing, servicing, and repairing HVAC equipment
- Apartment maintenance experience preferred
- Previous Maintenance Supervisor or Lead Technician experience is a plus
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and manage maintenance priorities
Compensation
