The ParkX Senior Security Operations Manager is responsible for the daily management of assigned Comstock / Third party locations. This position delivers company, client, and customer expectations by ensuring that all assigned locations are operating in a first-class manner and in accordance with company policy. They will assist with the development and design of financial statements and management proposals. This person should demonstrate leadership, be willing to drive positive change, and should participate in and support organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

The Senior Security Operations Manager will provide leadership, direct management, and day-to-day oversight of the physical Security team, including Managers, Supervisors, and Officers

Ensure team members understand and promote corporate goals, core values, and departmental responsibilities detailed in the Company org chart and Employee Handbook

Promptly address and resolve customer concerns in a first-class manner that is consistent with guidelines established by the Comstock Executive Team

Plan and coordinate security operations for specific events with the marketing department

Walk assigned properties daily and keep a running list of maintenance items

Resolves customer concerns that are escalated to his/her attention by the facility’s front-line associates

Maintains equipment through regular maintenance and preventative care

Scheduling, deployment, supervision, and training of Security Officers

Manage essential maintenance contracts and work closely with vendor contacts, specifically janitorial, landscaping, and security

Oversee quarterly client surveys

Provide daily, weekly, or monthly activity report as required by supervisor and Comstock Executive Team

Oversee maintenance operations by partnering with maintenance team to maintain property’s curb appeal and assess possible maintenance issues, while ensuring that all manufacturer’s recommended routine maintenance (as well as Comstock required maintenance) is completed in a timely fashion

Possesses a complete knowledge and understanding of all properties within the ParkX portfolio.

Possesses a complete knowledge and understanding of all current and prospective clients.

Perform other duties as assigned

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise:

High School Diploma or Equivalent

Minimum of 5 years of security / law enforcement experience

Must be certified security officer by the state of Virginia, Maryland and Washington DC

Minimum of at least 3-year experience in customer-service related field

Valid driver's license without major violations

Flexibility to work after hours and weekends, as needed

Outgoing personality with ability to relate to diverse group of people and build/maintain strong relationships

CPR/AED/First Aid Certification

Must have the ability to forge and maintain relationships with police departments in local

Strong problem-solving, time management and communication skills

Must be highly credible and trustworthy, and operate with high degree of integrity

Must hold oneself and others accountable and strive for a high level of excellence

Must have a positive, can-do attitude and be able to fuel growth and innovation

Must be customer-focused and results-oriented

Must want to continuously learn and develop

Exceptional oral and written communication, active listening, and organizational skills

Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from senior and executive level management

Strong budgeting financial skills
