In this role, you'll be responsible for executing user acquisition strategies across both paid and organic efforts—scaling what works, optimizing relentlessly, and finding what's next.
This individual must be comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously, bringing strong project management skills and a sharp eye for detail. You'll thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and fluid environment where multitasking is the norm and adaptability is key. A "can-do" attitude and superb interpersonal skills—both verbal and written—are an absolute must.
PLEASE NOTE: Candidates must be local to or willing to relocate to the Pleasanton area as we operate on a hybrid work model (3 days onsite, 2 remote)
Who You Are
Obsessed with testing and growth. You continuously identify new products, offers, promotions, and growth opportunities to bring to market — moving quickly from idea to execution while maintaining a bias for action. You're never satisfied with the status quo.
Data-driven and commercially minded. You evaluate opportunities through rigorous margin analysis, forecasting, and performance measurement to ensure profitable growth and scalable customer acquisition. Gut instinct is informed by numbers.
Expert in experimentation and AI. You design, launch, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests across offers, creative, pricing, and customer journeys—using insights and emerging AI tools to drive continuous improvement.
An entrepreneurial operator. You combine creativity, analytical thinking, and executional excellence to build winning campaigns, uncover new revenue opportunities, and create value from scratch. You thrive in ambiguity, embrace creative problem-solving, take calculated risks, and build from the ground up.
