As a Customer Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in delivering outstanding service and support to our valued customers. Your responsibilities will include:
- Addressing customer inquiries via phone and in person
- Assisting customers in locating products and services
- Providing accurate quotes and processing orders
- Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues efficiently
- Documenting customer interactions and updating their accounts
- Proactively generating new sales leads
- Learning the full suite of our products and services
- Collaborating closely with the warehouse to manage order and shipping concerns
- Working with the Finance team to ensure accurate billing and documentation
- Communicating effectively with customers across different time zones
- Preparing client quotes, proposals, and presentations
- Maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Demonstrating the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Providing prompt feedback and resolution for customer issues
- Submitting timely activity reports
- Exhibiting strong computer skills, particularly with MS Windows
- Fully understanding our comprehensive product suite and pricing structure
- Being mindful of schedules and committed to delivering projects on time
- Coordinating with internal and external Project Managers to ensure all deliverables are on track
