As a Customer Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in delivering outstanding service and support to our valued customers. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Addressing customer inquiries via phone and in person
  • Assisting customers in locating products and services
  • Providing accurate quotes and processing orders
  • Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues efficiently
  • Documenting customer interactions and updating their accounts
  • Proactively generating new sales leads
  • Learning the full suite of our products and services
  • Collaborating closely with the warehouse to manage order and shipping concerns
  • Working with the Finance team to ensure accurate billing and documentation
  • Communicating effectively with customers across different time zones
  • Preparing client quotes, proposals, and presentations
  • Maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Demonstrating the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
  • Providing prompt feedback and resolution for customer issues
  • Submitting timely activity reports
  • Exhibiting strong computer skills, particularly with MS Windows
  • Fully understanding our comprehensive product suite and pricing structure
  • Being mindful of schedules and committed to delivering projects on time
  • Coordinating with internal and external Project Managers to ensure all deliverables are on track
