This is an opportunity to join as one of the first Account Executives on their growing U.S. team, owning the full sales cycle from qualified inbound lead to closed customer.

What You'll Do

As an Account Executive Resident, you'll manage the full sales process with warm, inbound prospects who have already expressed interest in the product.

Your day-to-day will include:

Calling and qualifying inbound leads from businesses across the U.S.

Running product demos and uncovering customer needs

Managing the full sales cycle from first conversation through close

Building trust with small business owners and recommending the right solution

Maintaining accurate CRM records and follow-up sequences

Supporting customer onboarding when needed to ensure a great experience

Contributing ideas to improve sales messaging, playbooks, and processes

Working directly with senior sales leadership in a fast-paced startup environment

This is a highly transactional sales role with an average sales cycle of approximately one week.

What We're Looking For

This Residency is a great fit for someone who:

Has previous experience selling in a SaaS or technology environment

Is comfortable picking up the phone and having customer conversations every day

Can quickly build rapport with a wide variety of people

Enjoys understanding customer problems and finding the right solution

Thrives in a fast-moving startup environment

Is highly coachable and motivated by growth

Takes ownership of results and follows through consistently

Is comfortable learning and using AI tools to improve productivity
