QA Lab Technician

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Quality Lab Technician to join our team at a high-volume commercial bakery operating 24/7. The QA Lab Technician serves as the primary resource for product evaluation, scoring, and shelf-life studies. This role allows floor-based QA technicians to spend increased time on the manufacturing floor identifying and correcting quality and food safety issues in real time while ensuring comprehensive product quality monitoring is maintained.
