Key Responsibilities Spearhead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of business transformation projects, from initial concept to final implementation. Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with key stakeholders and executive leadership. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, budget management, and risk mitigation strategies. Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment. Manage project budgets, ensuring adherence to financial targets and reporting on variances. Conduct regular project status meetings, providing clear and concise updates to all relevant parties. Identify, analyze, and manage project risks and issues, developing and implementing effective solutions. Ensure effective change management strategies are in place to support project adoption. Oversee the documentation and communication of project activities and outcomes. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, or a related field. A Master's degree and/or PMP certification are highly advantageous. Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management, with a significant focus on business transformation and process improvement initiatives. Demonstrated success in managing large-scale, complex projects within the financial services industry. Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels. Expertise in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet). Strong financial acumen and experience with budget management. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to thrive in a demanding, results-driven work environment. Prior experience working in the Miami, Florida metropolitan area is preferred.
