Registered Nurse, Full-Time On-Call Runner

BAYADA at Inspira is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for an on-call position , providing emergency overnight hospice visits as needed. This role supports clients on a per-visit basis throughout Gloucester, Salem, and Cumberland counties.

Schedule

Enjoy a unique rotating schedule— on-call from 5:00 PM to 8:30 AM, one week on and one week off.

Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities

Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories after business hours and on weekends

Perform assigned duties, including medication administration, wound care, treatments, procedures, and comfort care

Monitor client conditions and report changes to the Clinical or Client Services Manager

Follow up on and properly document physicians’ orders

Perform client assessments as needed

Qualifications for a Registered Nurse (RN)

Current RN license in New Jersey

Minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience

Prior home care and/or hospice experience strongly preferred, but not required

Solid computer skills; experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred

Ability to travel to assigned cases

Base Pay, depending upon qualifications and subject to negotiation:

$42-47per hour
