Behavioral Health Unit Coordinator/Patient Access

Greets patients and visitors of the Behavioral Health Department – is the first “face” of LifeCare Medical Center.   The Behavioral Health Unit Coordinator is responsible for registering and scheduling Behavioral Health patients. As a part of the registration and scheduling process, the Behavioral Health Unit Coordinator ensures accurate patient identity and verifies demographic and insurance information. This role coordinates the office activities of the Behavioral Health Department and maintains the medical record files of Behavioral Health patients.
