Job Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver / Attendant PHC to join our team and provide exceptional support to individuals in various care settings. Responsibilities

• Previous attendant/caregiver experience required
• EVV clock in/out (HHA Exchange)
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Ability to travel throughout the Dallas surrounding area
• Professional, dependable, and patient-centered attitude
• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, med reminder, escort, shopping and mobility support using manual handling techniques such as Hoyer lifts when necessary.
• Collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals, social workers, family members, and team members to coordinate comprehensive care.
• HIPPSA Compliance

Experience

• Prior experience working in group homes, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, or home health settings is highly preferred.
• Experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities, intellectual disabilities, dementia, Alzheimer’s disease or autism spectrum disorder is advantageous.
• Hands-on experience with patient monitoring tools such as Hoyer lifts, gait belt or other mobility aids is desirable.

Pay: $13.00 - $13.75 per hour
