Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver / Attendant PHC to join our team and provide exceptional support to individuals in various care settings. Responsibilities
- Previous attendant/caregiver experience required
- EVV clock in/out (HHA Exchange)
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Ability to travel throughout the Dallas surrounding area
- Professional, dependable, and patient-centered attitude
- Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, med reminder, escort, shopping and mobility support using manual handling techniques such as Hoyer lifts when necessary.
- Collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals, social workers, family members, and team members to coordinate comprehensive care.
- HIPPSA Compliance
Experience
- Prior experience working in group homes, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, or home health settings is highly preferred.
- Experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities, intellectual disabilities, dementia, Alzheimer’s disease or autism spectrum disorder is advantageous.
- Hands-on experience with patient monitoring tools such as Hoyer lifts, gait belt or other mobility aids is desirable.

Pay: $13.00 - $13.75 per hour
