External Engagement Associate

The External Engagement Associate supports the execution of external engagement, communications, and stakeholder outreach activities across USP’s Global Health and Manufacturing Services (GHMS) portfolio. This role plays a critical coordination function across events, communications products, social media, and stakeholder engagement efforts—helping ensure high-quality, timely delivery of external-facing activities.

Maintain stakeholder trackers, engagement calendars, and coordination tools. Conduct research on organizations, events, and engagement opportunities to inform team planning.
