Overview

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Box Truck Driver / Warehouse Worker to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for safely operating box trucks to deliver and pick up equipment, while also supporting warehouse operations through loading, unloading, and inventory management. This position offers an exciting opportunity to combine driving skills with warehouse tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate box trucks for local deliveries and pickups, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations
• Load and unload materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, or manual lifting techniques, ensuring proper handling of sensitive equipment
• Assist with warehouse organization, inventory control, and maintaining accurate records of shipments
• Load and secure cargo efficiently to prevent damage during transit
• Follow delivery routes accurately, ensuring timely arrivals at designated locations
• Communicate effectively with team members and customers to coordinate deliveries and resolve issues promptly
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections before and after trips to ensure safety and compliance

Skills

• Proven experience as a commercial driver with route driving expertise
• Strong customer service skills to interact professionally with clients during deliveries
• Warehouse experience including load & unload procedures, heavy lifting, moving items, and inventory management
• Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual transmission vehicles safely
• Knowledge of box truck operation and maintenance requirements
• Familiarity with courier services or delivery driver experience preferred
• Physical ability to lift heavy objects regularly and perform manual tasks efficiently

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
