We have an immediate opening for a Laborer position in Hialeah, FL ! This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with a starting pay of $18 per hour for the first shift, Monday through Friday. Perks & Benefits: Weekly paychecks, Direct Deposit or Cash Card pay options, Medical / Dental Insurance.
Shifts: 1st Shift.
Employment Types: Temp to Hire.
Operate and monitor machinery and equipment to ensure efficient production.
Assemble, weld, polish, package, or inspect products according to company standards and specifications.
Perform quality control checks to ensure products meet required standards.
Load and unload raw materials, finished products, and equipment.
Follow all safety protocols and procedures to minimize risks and accidents.
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required).
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Standing and moving for long periods during shifts.
Background Check, Drug Test, Must be at least 18 years old., Light Industrial, Manufacturing.
The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $18.00 - $18.00 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
