About CookUnity:

Food has lost its soul to modern convenience. And with it, it has lost the power to nourish, inspire, and connect us. So in 2018, CookUnity was founded as the first-of-its-kind platform that connects the world with the source of truly great food: chefs. Today, CookUnity delivers 50 million meals a year from the industry’s best chefs to homes all over the country. Fresh. Ready-to-eat. And crafted with the passion that nourishes body and soul.

Unwilling to stop there, CookUnity is expanding beyond delivery to become an ever-innovating marketplace focused on our singular mission: empower Chefs to nourish the world.

If that mission has you hungry in more ways than one, you’ve found the right job posting.

About the Team:

The Strategic Partnerships team builds and scales CookUnity’s most important external relationships — health and wellness brands, connected health platforms, fitness apps, and other partners who share our belief that what you eat is foundational to how you feel. We sit at the intersection of product, commercial, and operations, turning partnership agreements into real product experiences that drive member growth and retention.

The role:

We’re hiring a Staff Product Manager, Strategic Partnerships to own the full picture for CookUnity’s health and wellness brand partnerships: the go-to-market strategy that gets each partnership off the ground, the external relationships that keep them healthy, and the product roadmap and integration architecture that makes them work at scale.

You are the bridge between external partner teams and CookUnity’s internal product and engineering org. You translate commercial agreements into shipped product, own the partner relationship from launch onward, and synthesize learnings across partners to build infrastructure that makes every future partnership faster and better.

Responsibilities:

Go-to-Market Partner Launch

Define the launch strategy for each new partnership — messaging, activation plan, launch milestones, and success metrics

Work with marketing and brand partners on co-branded campaigns, member communications, and channel activation

Set and track launch KPIs; run post-launch reviews to identify what’s working and what to iterate on

Build partnership launch playbooks that make each new partner go-live smoother and faster than the last

Partner Relationship Management

Serve as CookUnity’s primary product point of contact for external partners — the person they call when something’s working and when it isn’t

Run regular partner touchpoints: product reviews, roadmap alignment sessions, and quarterly business reviews

Manage partner expectations, escalations, and change requests with clear communication and follow-through

Represent CookUnity at partner on-sites, industry events, and executive meetings

Partner Product Experiences

Own the product roadmap for all partner-facing surfaces: co-branded landing pages, benefit redemption flows, member eligibility verification, partner onboarding, and referral attribution

Partner closely with internal CookUnity PMs who own those surface areas to prioritize partnership work within their engineering team’s scope

Design seamless, high-converting experiences for customers who come to CookUnity through health and wellness brand partners

Run A/B tests on partner-specific acquisition and activation flows to improve conversion, time-to-first-meal, and early retention

Integration Infrastructure

Own the product strategy for CookUnity’s partner integration platform — APIs, SSO, referral and attribution systems, and data exchange flows

Translate partnership agreements and commercial commitments into clear product requirements and technical scopes

Work with engineering and external partner tech teams to ship clean, scalable integrations with clear SLAs and ownership

Build integration playbooks and scalable frameworks so that onboarding the next partner is faster and more predictable than the last

Partner Insights Growth

Define the measurement framework for partnership channel performance: partner-sourced acquisition, activation, retention, and LTV

Identify opportunities to turn integrations from one-time technical connections into compounding growth and retention levers

Surface partner learnings back into CookUnity’s core product roadmap — if health and wellness members behave differently, that insight should shape what we build

Qualifications:

7+ years of product management experience, with meaningful exposure to partner integrations, platform products, or marketplace environments

Proven experience owning external partner relationships — you’ve been the primary point of contact for a strategic partner and know how to manage expectations, run business reviews, and resolve escalations

GTM chops: you’ve launched partnerships or products and can own the strategy from commercial agreement to live activation

Experience translating external partnership or BD agreements into product requi…
