Job Summary:

Starbucks is seeking a Customer Support Advisor to assist with beverage preparation, customer service, and daily store operations in a fast-paced coffee shop environment. This role focuses on delivering excellent customer experiences by providing efficient service, maintaining product quality, and ensuring a clean and welcoming store atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare coffee, espresso, and cold beverages according to company recipes and quality standards.
  • Accurately take customer orders and process cash and card transactions at the register.
  • Provide friendly, prompt, and personalized customer assistance.
  • Prepare food items while following proper food safety and hygiene practices.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, equipment, and customer areas.
  • Restock cups, ingredients, and supplies throughout shifts as needed.
  • Support drive-thru operations where applicable.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to ensure fast and accurate order fulfillment.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service or food service preferred but not required.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
  • Flexible availability including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
