We are seeking a driven and experienced HR Generalist to join our fast-paced team currently navigating a period of hyper-growth. This role will focus heavily on talent acquisition, particularly within the technology, geothermal, and sustainable energy sectors. The ideal candidate will excel in recruiting qualified experts in these fields while managing benefits administration and supporting other HR functions as needed.
Key responsibilities:
- Take the lead in developing and executing innovative recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent in technology, geothermal, and sustainable energy.
- Partner closely with department leaders to identify staffing needs and craft compelling job descriptions that highlight our company’s mission and growth potential.
- Manage the full recruiting lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to identify the best fits for our dynamic and rapidly evolving needs.
- Utilize diverse sourcing techniques, including industry networks, social media, job fairs, and partnerships with educational institutions, to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Regularly assess and refine recruitment processes to ensure alignment with the company’s growth objectives and the need for high-caliber talent.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent years of experience in relevant areas of HR.
Qualities:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in HR with a strong emphasis on talent acquisition, especially in high-growth environments.
- Proven track record of successfully sourcing and recruiting top talent in technology, geothermal, and sustainable energy sectors.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrating a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service to all employees.
- Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite, with strong analytical and data management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
