Key Responsibilities:

Filing and Documentation: Organize and maintain physical and digital financial records

Recording transactions: Weekly/Monthly retail center transactions

Inventory review and entry

Interoffice Invoicing entries

Support Revenue Accountants Sorting mail

Batching checks for entry

Processing refunds in various merchant accounts

Review/maintain donor records

Communication with internal and external customers Campus Teams – work with to streamline processes, ensure information is timely and accurate

Key Competencies

Strong attention to detail and analytical skills

Good organizational skills

Excellent communication skills

Qualifications

Advanced excel skills, including pivot tables and v-lookups

Strong understanding of accounting principles

Experience in Ministry is preferred but not required.

Character & Chemistry

A passion for reaching the lost

Personal integrity in all areas of life

Must be, or willing to become a participating member of CCV

Consistently attends worship services with their family

Is an active participant in a neighborhood group, and is a consistent tither.
