Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning duties across residential and commercial properties, ensuring spaces are spotless and well-maintained
• Execute interior and exterior painting projects utilizing techniques such as residential, commercial, industrial painting, and airless paint spraying
• Prepare surfaces by sanding, plastering, caulking, and applying primer to ensure optimal paint adhesion and finish quality
• Use hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, and schematics to complete renovation and restoration tasks efficiently
• Read blueprints and schematics to accurately execute construction painting or repair projects according to specifications
• Install fixtures, trim carpentry elements, and perform masonry or stucco work as needed on various projects
• Conduct general maintenance including drywall repairs, framing, concrete finishing, welding, and masonry work to support ongoing construction or renovation efforts

Requirements

• Proven experience with construction estimating, blueprint reading, and schematics interpretation
• Skilled in residential and commercial painting techniques with knowledge of color theory for aesthetic precision
• Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, welding equipment, and airless paint spraying systems
• Hands-on experience with plastering, caulking, trim carpentry, stucco application, masonry, framing carpentry, and concrete finishing
• Ability to read construction plans accurately and follow detailed instructions on renovation or restoration projects
• Strong understanding of construction site safety protocols and experience working on construction sites or in renovation environments
• Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations; handyman experience is a plus
