- Assist in staffing, setup, merchandising, and the pack-up and teardown of our Seasonal Store.
- Support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations to ensure a smooth functioning store.
- Uphold high standards of guest services and merchandising throughout the store.
- Empower and develop staff members while managing their schedules effectively.
- Monitor expenses, shrinkage, and inventory control to maintain profitability.
