At the core of HR operations in Europe, this role ensures the accurate, compliant, and timely execution of HR and payroll activities across multiple countries, with a focus on the Netherlands and Italy.
You act as a key operational partner, supporting the full employee lifecycle while serving as a trusted point of contact for employees and managers in a fast-paced, international environment.
Key Responsibilities
Payroll & Benefits
Manage end-to-end multi-country payroll processes in collaboration with external providers
Ensure accuracy and compliance of salaries, social contributions, and legal obligations
Administer employee benefits programs (insurance, pension, mobility, etc.)
Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies
HR Administration & Contracts
Draft and manage employment contracts, amendments, and offboarding documentation
Advise managers and employees on labor law (Netherlands & Italy) and HR policies
Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes (including visas/work permits where required)
Maintain compliant and audit-ready employee documentation
HR Operations & Absence Management
Manage sickness and absence processes in line with local regulations
Ensure accurate and up-to-date HR data in HR systems
Process payroll-impacting changes and employee lifecycle updates
Support & Continuous Improvement
Act as the main point of contact for HR and payroll queries
Produce regular HR and payroll reports
Contribute to process improvement, standardization, and automation
