Role Description The Account Operations Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Nashville, TN, responsible for overseeing day-to-day operational activities for assigned client accounts. This role manages logistics workflows, monitors service performance, and ensures timely, accurate execution of transportation and distribution activities. The Account Operations Manager serves as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Daily responsibilities include analyzing operational data, coordinating with internal teams and external partners, optimizing processes to improve efficiency, and preparing reports and updates for stakeholders. The role also supports continuous improvement initiatives, contributes to account growth, and ensures adherence to company policies and industry standards.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency with logistics or ERP systems, MS Excel, and data reporting tools is preferred.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple accounts, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
