Serving as a primary point of contact for clients, the remote Automotive Customer Service Specialist will manage inbound and outbound communications, utilizing web-based tools to resolve inquiries and ensure a positive customer experience in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities Connect with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media to address their questions and concerns Calmly de-escalate issues and escalate interactions when necessary Track call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes while providing feedback on call issues Required qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience Must be 18 years of age or older Ability to type at least 25 words per minute General knowledge of Windows-based systems
