Focusing on customer engagement and account growth, the full-time Senior Account Manager, SLED (WI) will nurture relationships with existing clients and prospect for new business opportunities while working remotely. Key responsibilities: Develop and strengthen relationships with existing customers to ensure high satisfaction and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities Execute account plans that align with sales targets and customer objectives, collaborating with internal teams and technology partners Maintain operational command of accounts, ensuring seamless service delivery and tracking performance metrics Required qualifications: 3-5 years of account management or sales experience in the technology industry, preferably with public sector clients Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets with a focus on customer retention and new business development Strong operational skills, including account management and forecasting Significant existing relationships with public sector decision makers in the local market Minimum of 5 years in technology sales, with at least 3 years in public sector-specific technology sales
