The Vortex Organization, a leader in lodging management, is seeking a dynamic Vacation Rental Sales Representative to join our team. This position is perfect for both full-time and part-time individuals who are passionate about marketing and enrolling vacation home owners in our innovative vacation rental program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market vacation rental services effectively to prospective property owners.
  • Meet with owners to discuss program benefits and help them enroll.
  • Serve as the primary contact for owners, ensuring satisfaction and managing ongoing relationships.
  • Coordinate with operational personnel and central office for seamless service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Strong personal appearance and professionalism.
  • Excellent sales, customer service, and communication skills.
  • Reliability and punctuality, with a valid transportation method.
  • Access to a mobile phone and personal computer.
  • Hands-on, proactive personality who takes charge.
  • Stable background with proven sales experience.
  • Must be a full-time resident in the area and available to start soon.

This role offers a flexible work schedule of up to 40 hours per week, with occasional weekend or evening meetings. We provide a modest draw and substantial commissions with no startup costs to you. As owners often remain clients for years, you’ll have the opportunity to continue earning as you maintain these important relationships.
