Job Description and Responsibilities
This is a full-time, on-site role as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) serving a school located in Parker, CO.
The Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) will be responsible for providing therapy services to students, conducting screeners, monitoring progress, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams (therapists, educators, parents). The role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a passion for working with students with special needs.

August 2026 - May 2027
K – 12 grades
Covering 2-3 schools
On-site, in-person
Job Duties: direct therapy, consultation, planning, collaboration with SLP supervisor
Guaranteed Hours, including documentation, administrative and planning time
Dual support from the District and TheraPeds
Manageable caseloads
$40– $58+/hour ($1520-$1910/week+)
